Broken Wheels Report post Posted July 16, 2013 So a couple of questions then: 1. Does it run now? 2. Is the work it needs just flat tires and cosmetics or is there motor running issues? I already have one at the house here that needs carb work and not gonna happen so wanted something that i could throw new rubber on and maybe a new seat and its ready to roll.
