ylclaret Report post Posted July 12, 2013 Found this track by a waterhole, seems too big to be a coyote but I don't know a whole lot about predator tracks.

PRDATR Report post Posted July 14, 2013 It's a Bobcat track.
ylclaret Report post Posted July 14, 2013 I wondered if it might be a bobcat, and that makes more sense to me really. I could see a coyote track being elongated in mud but this track was really wide. I put a cam up on a trail leading to the water. Hopefully it'll give some clues to what may have made this track. It's just so close to my house its hard not to go check it! I just put it out yesterday and I already want to go see what's on it!
Weston Report post Posted July 14, 2013 k9.... bobacts walk with their claws retracted... sometimes you see marks in mud but not as pronounced as those... Either coyote or a domestic dog
