jarheadhunter Report post Posted July 11, 2013 Just got my Outdoorsmans Pan Head to go with me Outdoorsmans tripod I picked up awhile ago. All I can say is wow. That head is the greatest I have ever used. So smooth and man it is light. Pretty crazy when the box and packaging the head came in only reads 1 lb on the UPS label. Can't wait to get out and use it. I have been carrying around a Velbon carbon fiber tripod and head for about 5 years now. I think it weighs about 6-7 lbs. It's amazing the difference just holding the two in your hands.
