muledeerarea33? Report post Posted July 4, 2013 Well I made the decision to smoke a 13lbs brisket for the Fourth of July. I started it at 10pm it almost 1am now. I'm usually in bed by 8-9 pm but figured I'm young enough to stay up and tend the fire. I really have no reason to make this topic other than seeing who else is up at this ungodly hour?? It sucked doing it last night with the storm putting a dampner on production around ten last night and morale was getting low until Buffalo Wild Wings. How's the Brisket doing? On another note I would stick to Autometer and try to get mechnical gauges for fuel psi, and boost, soldering 25 +wires suck this was with Isspro Ev2's boost, pyro, trans temp and fuel psi.
