Guest oneshot Report post Posted June 27, 2013 Cut fillets from your stripers, drop into boiling water seasoned with old bay, you only want to like cook 3/4 done in the thicker part. Cool then place in a bowl in refridge. Then mix tomatoe, onion, cilantro, bell peppers, celery, salt/pepper. When fish is chilled, mix with veggies and lemon or lime juice, CUT the fillets into chunks..... Let it set for a few hours, it's always better the next day....Excellent with. Cold beer....
