CouesBuckhunter Report post Posted June 29, 2013 Lance, if you report your cam stolen and give reconyx the serial number once the guy sends it to them to have it reset they will seize the cam and turn him over to the cops. Because their cameras are as highly valued as they are it is considered a felony and they will be prosecuted. This is what they told me when I called about my cam being stolen. My Internet timed out when I registered my cam on their site so no serial number was kept, instead they had me send them a picture I had from my reconyx and they extracted the serial number from the picture. No other company can match reconyxs customer service. And unfortunately no one has turned my cam yet... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
