Amazing fishing day with the kids

Recommended Posts

Took the kids to the rim for some cool weather and some fishing. My oldest boy caught a fish of a life time. My youngest also caught his largest rainbow. They will both be going on the wall.

The biggest was just over 30 inches. The other fish was 19 inches. They are two very excited kids. It was a great fathers day present.

Big Browns thank you for posting! i always enjoy seeing you and your boys' outings. I have a 17 month old boy and cannot wait to have these opportunities with him. We've already gone camping and have taken him canoeing and fishing and loves just being outdoors. Seeing them catch and be excited like this is priceless! Good job to your boys for landing those impressive trout.

That is awesome, he will be fishing for a long time to try and top that personal best! Did you find out what happened with the big ones skin?

Congratulations to both your boys on those big trout. Anyone would be proud to have caught them. I would have loved to seen their faces on getting them in to the bank or boat. Great job Dad and Happy Fathers Day.

Thanks guys! Not really sure why it's skin was colored that way. I'm guessing old age or some type of illness.
