kaelucas59 Report post Posted June 4, 2013 Forty beautiful, wooded acres in Coconino county just west of the Kaibab Natl. Forest, north of Ashfork, AZ in West Wood Ranches. Easy access by forest service roads. Owner's association maintains roads on south & west sides of the parcel. West side of acreage is bordered by state land. Herds of elk and deer roam this area as well as much other wildlife. Views of Bill Williams Mountain & the San Francisco Peaks from the top of bluff on the property. Wonderful place for a cabin! At less than $800 an acre - it's a steal. Call 623-640-6150 or email kaelucas@ymail.com.

kaelucas59 Report post Posted June 6, 2013 how about some cords- how far off the crocton rd etc . how far north of round mtn? The best way to get to this parcel on Westwood Ranch is up through Ashfork, not the Crookton entrance. Double A Ranch Road to F.R. 142 into the ranch. From where F.R. 142 enters Westwood Ranch, it's about 3 miles to my parcel, total about 18 miles NW of Ashfork. This parcel is SW of Round mountain. I can send you a map of the ranch if you are interested.
