Pixman Report post Posted June 2, 2013 So a few weeks ago I posted a few pics that included a Great horned Owl on a nest with a baby. Well I went back and checked on the nest and there were two young ones not just one. I took some pics and when I got home I realized one had a stick stuck in it's back. It bothered me not knowing how it would do or if it would survive! So I went back the next day and I was glad to see the stick was no longer in its back and it looked fine. I walked around for an hour hoping to find an adult Owl but didn't have any luck. I am just happy that the little one is fine and will soon leave the nest and hopefully live a a great life in the beautiful desert! 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

No, I haven't been back out there and now I am in a walking cast so I wont be going back for at least a month probably longer. I hope they both survived and are flying around some where!
