It is an Alexander Arms .50 BEOWULF upper with a Lauer Custom Weaponry (LMT brand) lower. Has Vortex strikefire sight and Magpul backup sights, VLTR hangaurd, 1 factory mag and 4 modified P-Mags, comes with a bore snake. Very accurate up to 200 yards and perfect for smashing some hogs. I'm glad we don't have a bunch in Iowa to shoot because of the destruction they cause, but if we did I know what this rifle would be doing on my days off. At this time I don't want to deal with shipping ammo and have a person locally that is interested in buying it. So if you want to purchase the gun I'll be sending what you see minus any ammo. Buyer will cover shipping and any transfer fees to FFL. Gun will be coming out of Iowa, zipcode 52172. ParkerIowa Report post Posted June 1, 2013 What should I have charged you guys more? This IS out of Iowa based on your guys's responses the markets must be way different. It will be going from one FFL to another so not sure how it will be a scam. I've never sold gun long distances but I suppose someone will have to take a risk. Do you want different angled pictures or what do I need to do to show it's not a scam? Jack the price up more to justify that it's legit? Azhunter on iowawhitetail.com said people on this forum might be interested and your closer to Texas then me which is why I figured there would be hog hunters. I'm not a longtime member because first I didn't know about the site and second I'm in Iowa, whitetail country. Like I said I can take other pictures and things of that nature to show its legit but you just continue to say false things. I'm not asking to send a darn money order out of the country. The way we make sure a deal goes smoothly through an FFL is I send the rifle to your FFL and they hold it until payment is cleared, then your FFL completes the transfer to your possession. The potential buyer has the ability to work with the OP and then let us know if the deal stinks or feels fishy. What is up with this site lately? Is everyone antsy for hunting season and therefore edgy and nasty as a bunch of teenage girls...Jeez! ParkerIowa, welcome to the site. GLWS, hopefully you can work out a deal or arrangement with a buyer that makes them feel comfortable. It may seem too good to be true, but whatever happened to giving someone the benefit of the doubt? I mentioned the proximity to feral hogs in TX and NM. 123456 Report post Posted June 1, 2013 Good luck with the sale, the way he mentioned of selling the firearm is as legit as they come!!!! As far as shipping the ammo, it is just expensive and can only be shipped via UPS unless you have been cleared and have an account with FEDEX. ( Major pain in the arse!!). Here in phoenix, you have to take your ammo down to the central UPS hub in downtown phoenix, or have a pickup scheduled from your house. This adds around 10$ to have them come pick it up.
