azpackhorse Report post Posted September 20, 2006 Here are a few photos of a Coues rack I found many years ago, I let it sit outside for a long time not realizing what I had until about 8 years ago. I was new to Arizona and Coues and just thought it was a nice set of antlers so it sat outside for years, I even hacked it up and had it nailed to one of my fence posts for a couple of years. I found it in the early 1990's. side veiw other side

azpackhorse Report post Posted September 21, 2006 It had probably been dead at least a year when I found it, the nose was all chewed off with a little hide left on it. Dan H, it came from 34B. Any guesses on score? I had it scored (unofficially). It has since been broken in two peices.

azpackhorse Report post Posted October 13, 2006 The guy I had look at this rack scored it around 139, I totally blew an opportunity at this buck's little brother. It didn't have quite the mass but knowing what I know now I would estimate that buck above 110. There are a gob of big bucks out there this year.....................good luck! 2 more weeks!!
