Some Owl pics for Amanda and What am I??? Lizard

This Owl was outside my apt today, gently hooting and cleaning himself... Amanda, one of the baby's fell out of the tree and a wildlife rehabber caught it, one of the guy's took photos on his phone, so what would be the best way to get them to you, if your interested???

I have never seen this type of Lizard before, Does anyone know it's name???

I think it is a desert spiny lizard. There are a few subspecies so I could be wrong.

No Nope but I think he kinda likes this spikey sprinkler head.

I think that is a variety of the Clark's Spiny Lizard. Very common in Tucson.

My dogs would call that "Prey" and "Fun". They are hard on hard on the lizard population.

Great horned owl and its a desert spiny lizard (Sceloporus magister). Clark's spiny lizards don't have that blue area on their back. They look similar, but there are behavioral differences, slight habitat differences, and their coloration isn't quite the same. Cool find!
