Get yourself one of those bags, clear/gray color, that line a construction size dumpster, a yellow/blue LED light board from radio shack, and a helium tank to fill bag... On a night with a new moon, fill bag with light-board and helium and then release... Bag will rise untill it's hits the jetstream and then move along 200-300mph, then as it cool off it will duck under the jetstream and come to what looks like a stop, then it rise's again, repeating the cycle... You used to be able to make one for under 75.00, but helium is high$$$ these days... Interviews from "eye-witnesses" are VERY entertaining for the next few days... Do at own risk...
