wtb youth rifle for my grand son

Hello i am looking for a youth rifle for my grand son he is small framed so anything from .308 (high side) and lower cal. thanks Curtis

Cabela's flier says sale on 18th, $300 for Rossi Trifecta, single shot with .22lr, 20 ga. and .243 barrels, great starter kit

thank you but i want a bolt action as this will be used for 3 grand boys as they grow old enough to hunt big game. Curtis

Take a look at the Tikka T3 Super Lightweight. They are awesome for an off the shelf rifle, and they don't break the bank. Not sure if Length of Pull would be an issue ... weight certainly won't. They are LIGHT ... and accurate as all get out.

i got my kid a remington 700 youth modle 243 from walmart and that thing shoots great, is nice a light and fits him really good. smoked a nice 4x4 muley with i thsi year...

Thanks sjvcon and tomgobbler i will take a look at both of them i was hopping to find a used one as my grandson is a smaller frame boy that way i can fit it to him. Thanks for the help Curtis

I have a Ruger M77 hawkeye in 257 roberts for $575.00. It comes with a 3x9 x40 Luepold scope. Rifle is in mint condition.

If you look at Brownings web site they make the x-bolt in a micro hunter and an even smaller micro midas, the micro midas comes in .308,was thinking of getting one for my youngest.
