shortpants Report post Posted September 19, 2006 Hey BASS that's easily done. AG, how many members in your family? I would imagine most families could fit in a rhino but if you have a big family then the ranger would be the way to go. If that doesn't work then how about 2 rhino's or 1 and a quad. It's only money, you can't take it with you.

It's only money, you can't take it with you. I'm thinking about some bigger tires for mine, or maybe a small lift kit, but the only ones I can find cost as much as the one for my truck! We had two quads, if you can even call them that (1986 Kawasaki Bayou, the original "quad") Then we stepped up to some actual hunting bikes, and then to the Rhino. After having the one for about two months, we picked up another one. You could always put the back seat in the bed, but then where are you going to put your Elk? I really think you will be fine. We rode double up till about last year on quads with not so much as a warning. I strongly believe that if you are being smart, and not racing around you will be fine. I just see too many people doing it every weekend all over the state to think they would be getting tickets for it. I also think that as long as your bike is licensed you will go under their radar. COUESAZ Report post Posted September 20, 2006 I will only be using it to go from my camp to the glassing spot. The rest is done on foot and mule if we get something down.
