Anybody out there do property management in the NW Valley?

I posted a question about this a couple years back and ended up finding a friend to manage my rental house in Glendale. Well, he's moving in a month and I need someone to take over it. Looking for a management company, preferably someone who does multiple properties and can keep up on the paperwork end of things too. The house is near 59th and Bell in Glendale. It's rented with another year remaining on the lease and is super easy to rent as it's right next to a college. Send me a PM with your name and we can talk details.
