Elkhunter1 Report post Posted April 23, 2013 After completing my work today in Green Valley I decided to place one of my cameras where I put a home made salt block three weeks ago. During the hike in I pushed 10 Coues does from their beds. This shot is from about 240 yards. Here is the new cam, and box I fabricated. After setting the cam I hiked further in to place another salt block and stepped on this guy, WATCH YOUR STEP! I really like my Christmas toy! A new Nikon Coolpix L310 compact camera, it has a 21x zoom with 14.1 Mp.

Guest akaspecials Report post Posted April 23, 2013 I've already run into a few rattlers this year too! Thanks for the reminder. As for salt, it will still be legal under the baiting ban.
Elkhunter1 Report post Posted April 23, 2013 I understand we could still use pure salt. or we could use the ranchers mineral block after he's put it out
