Ground blinds?!?

Well with my first look at buying one, what an assortment to choose from!! What are some good ones to look at buying? I have an archery antelope tag and want to get one that I can possibly have 1 or 2 kids in there with me as well. I'm not to concerned with a price range, but don't like to buy junk so to speak. Thanks for any input I can get.

Absolutely! I have the Double Bull wide. It's like a small house. Lol. Sets up in less than a min if you practice. Doesn't flap in the wind. Solid blind. You won't regret buying one. The ONLY bad thing is its weight. It's not light. I have cheaper blinds and they pretty much suck. They scare animals. Good luck on the hunt!!

I have the primos vision, and I really like it. It has a lot of room in it and it has bigger shooting lanes then the double bull blind. Not to mention you can buy 2 of them for what one double bull blind cost!

I have a double bull that works really well but im going to get a cheap one to use on public land so i wont be out so much money when it gets stolen.

I have a double bull as well. I took out the netting out in the windows. And I wear all black sitting in it. Just rember you have to have one side shut down or you will be silouetted in the blind.

I made that mistake one time. I am a fast learner. LOL

Another vote for the Double Bull and another vote for not using the mesh and just wearing all black from the waist up. I shot through the mesh of a cheaper blind once with a fixed blade and, while I got the job done, I wished I had removed the mesh in retrospect. I can't get the mesh in my DB to tighten up enough to make me feel comfortable shooting through it with any broadhead. You won't regret the DB.

I wear a ghillie suit and carry a 4'x12' strip of camo burlap, can back into a tree, clip a few branches, string out the burlap and I have a blind that goes with me when I leave. So many friggin thieves nowadays don't leave anything out you care about.

I have a almost new double bull blind and double bulls chair for sell. Like brand new. Paid over $400 for it at archery headquarters. $200 if any one is interested

Blinds are abandoned if left on "PUBLIC LAND". You see, the land is owned by all of the people not just you.

I used an Ameristep last year on my late bull hunt and felt that I was crowded in it. I bought a Big Mike's blind for this year's late bull hunt. It is 80 inches in height, so you can draw your bow back while standing. At least that is what they advertise.
