I believe you need to call to get the deal. 1-877-NRA-2000. I bought mine when I was a teen. We just signed my wife up yesterday. All we can do is keep contacting our representatives to let them know how we feel, TODAY. The Ruger webpage has an easy way to contact them all very quickly.
