Big Browns Report post Posted April 9, 2013 Does Apache or San Carlos offer any Elk tags that I can purchase for Cow or rag horn Bull? I would really like to get a tag for my son. CEI sportsman resource guide magzine ! put all the info, on prices an who to get ahold of!! the magzine should be out soon or find one from last year!! they are worth there weight in gold!
