This is our first banquet but we're trying to make it an awesome first effort. We have 10 guns, a bow, and a bunch of stuff going for auction or raffle.

You can buy tickets online if so inclined. People buying tickets before May 19th go into an Early Bird Raffle for a Marlin X7 Package in .243

$50.00 Raffle Package

Pay $50.00 and receive $60.00 in raffle tickets plus 1 chance at the progressive rifle raffle.

$100.00 Raffle Package

Pay $100.00 and get $120.00 worth of raffle tickets plus 3 chances at the progressive rifle raffle.

$150.00 Raffle Package

Pay $150.00 and receive $180.00 worth of raffle tickets plus 5 chances on the progressive rifle raffle.

OK - attendees wishing to stay at the Hotel can get a special rate of $79 for the night. Cutoff date for booking the room is May 15th

Early Bird cutoff is May 19th - for each package purchased before May 19th, purchaser gets a ticket for a Scoped Marlin .243

Do you have to be present for the raffle

Hi jcarter - preferably, yes. There are a number of different raffles going on, along with the auctions, etc. If folks were already at the banquet and had to leave early or whatever - they could work out with someone to hold their tickets, etc.
