joelpresmyk8 Report post Posted April 5, 2013 So me and a buddy went to an area where I had found a really good matching set just at a higher elevation hoping to catch the elk moving up. Didn't expect much being a totally new area but we wanted to give it a try! after a while I stumble across a hard white. I was excited!! and as we walk up the other side is five yards away! I couldn't believe it. and as we keep going I found a couple small chalks. (I always take everything) and as we keep going I find this other neat little 5 point. annnnnd a little further into the trip I stumble across one of my coolest finds and a brown at that! to say I was stoked is an understatement.
