Who got burned with card error for Elk draw?

I have a couple friends who got the error and missed the draw, did this happen alot to others or was it isolated?

they said my card was dishonored and rejected me

I know my father inlaw put in and was givin an authorization # saying his payment was successful and when he checked his results it shows nothing, like he wasnt even entered into the draw. He applied when the system messed up on the original deadline date so who knows what happened.

Probably assigned a sportsmans ID. Call the dept and ask.
