crazy4COUES Report post Posted September 5, 2006 Need some info on javelina hotspots in unit 28. Never even set foot in the unit before! We will be headed down to scout soon, with the price of fuel I was hoping someone could help with some hot spots for my scouting/hunting trips to be effective. bullwidgeon Report post Posted September 7, 2006 There are lots of hogs all along the Gila River bottom, they are tough to glass but they usually go back and forth between the river bottom and the fields, they are easy to sneak up on or stumble upon depending on how you look at it . JVS Report post Posted September 12, 2006 we have shot quite a few near Eden along the river and up into the foothills. There are a fair amount of oinkers near the san simon diversion, just SE of Sanchez (in past years). I haven't been in there this year.
