The good: I paid $14000 in the last two years on heads, ARP studs, radiator, Bulletproof cooler, serpentine belt, fuel pump, HPOP and an oil cooler. New FICM and all new Bilstien shocks last month (5). The bad: runs good now but I am loosing a small amount of coolant so the heads need to be done again. I have a mechanic that will do them for $2500. I will sell it for $8500 which was my trade-in offer and with new tires and a head job it will be good for another 100000 miles plus. So, if you want a strong 4x4 diesel you can have a good one for only $12000 with new tires and shocks. It drives great now and I just drove it Sunday over Fishcreek Hill with no leakage but I would still get the heads done right. 480-620-2853. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ringer Report post Posted March 27, 2013 I spent so much keeping that POS Ford running I decided to get a gasser. I bought a Toyota Tundra Rock Warrior. Looked at the Ecoboost but hearing of a few guys starting to have problems and didn't want to go throught the 6.0 new engine deal again. Anyway glad the diesel is gone.
