cramerhunts Report post Posted March 14, 2013 Jim Parker (rut) found this picture of a wood cutting trip up on Cedar Flats. My grandfather Wayne See, Jim, and his brother Larry are pictured after a long day of wood cutting the hard way. Thought it was a pretty cool picture to share.
DesertBull Report post Posted March 14, 2013 Its even harder when you use a lever action to cut it. Nice pic. Don't see too many color pics from the 50's.

cramerhunts Report post Posted March 15, 2013 That is Coach See from Verde, he's my grandpa. I don't have the marlin yet as he is still going strong, one of his most favorite guns. And yes Cedar Flats in 6A. Thanks everyone.
cosninocanines Report post Posted March 15, 2013 WOW! That was a long time ago, my family used to hunt tin roof with the Parkers and Wayne in fact my dad Fred Anderson and Wayne coached the North all stars one year and Jim was on that team. Just seeing the photo brought back many great memories of that area of Arizona. Someday I hope to maybe possibly hopefully get a sheep tag for the area.
