Thanks Josh The 62 scope tube is smaller than the 77 making it lighter too, however the 77 is brighter. When you mount the same zoom eyepiece on the 62 it is a 16-48x and on the 77 it acts as a 20-60x, this is due again to the size of the tube. The differences in the prices are for straight or angled or APO (higher optical quality) and non-APO.
