cosninocanines Report post Posted March 10, 2013 Wife's Chorizo recipes I love it and have used javelina, deer, elk meat many times 1 # GROUND PORK (I HAVE USED 1# Wild Game SAUSAGE & 1 # PORK & DOUBLED REMAINDER) 1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED 3 CLOVES GARLIC (MINCED OR MASHED) 1 JAR (2 OZ.) PIMENTOS 1 OZ. (1/8 C.) OR MORE CHILI POWDER (I USE MILD & MED &USE MORE) 1/4 C. VINEGAR 1/8 CUP BRANDY OR TEQUILLA 1/2 t. PEPPER 1/2 t. CINNAMON 3/4 t. CUMIN 1 1/4 t.
