Marmot Limestone 4p with footprint

Bought this thinking I'd surprise my teenage daughter and take her camping. To my surprise, she'll have nothing to do with camping.

The tent and footprint are both brand spanking new. Never used, slept in...heck they've never been setup before. Mine is the hatch/dark cedar (read 'green') version.

For $300 you get the tent and the footprint. No shipping. No tax. The tent alone retails for $339 at REI and footprint is another $50 when you can find them.

I live on the west side of Phoenix, but work M-F near Central/Camelback.
