My neighbor is moving and would like to sell these two items. She is willing to sell or trade!

 

BBQ ISLAND- one solid piece with aluminum, stucco and tile. Built in Cal Flame 4 burner grill with rotisserie and light, single side burner, natural gas (can be converted to propane), 4 built in speakers, 6 built in lights with 3 different settings, built in area for stereo, mini fridge, 2 unbrella slots. The BBQ area accommodates 6 bar stools comfortably.

 

DIAMONDBACK SPA-electric(requires 220volt/50amp), self contained equipment and plumbing, welded tubular steel frame, stucco, ceramic tile, tile board, 2 service access doors, hydrotherapy jets, seats 5-6 adults, 425 gallons, built in stereo, built in led lighting with color changing effects and detachable cover.

 

 

She would like $2000 obo each! She would be interested in trading for Guns or high end optics!

 

These items were bought new 6 years ago. She paid 7,000 for the Island and 9,000 for the Jacuzzi

I'm pretty sure the jacuzzi is electric, but I'm not positive. I will find out and let you know. It would fit 6 people with no problem.
