The ulimate goal is to Robin Hood your buddy's arrow.

I have received the treatment once but never in 35 years of shooting have I been the deliverer.

There is always something to look forward to.

Congrats mulie hunter.

Nobody will probably believe this but I will tell you guys anyway because I swear it is true! Last year I bought a new AR34 from Corner Archery. I was was shooting in their indoor range at 20yds trying to get the frst 125 arrows through it before tuning it. After about ten minutes of shooting I got my first robin hood ever. I was so excited. The unbelievable part is that not even three minutes after I had got my first robinhood, I did it again. I couldn't believe it! After seven years of shooting archery I had never gotten a robin hood before and then in a mater of 2, maybe 3 minutes, I had done it twice. I was so glad I was at Corner and had witnesses! Ronda (store owner) didn't charge me for my range time because she said that in all the years she had an archery shop she had never seen or heard of anyone gitting two robin hoods that quick. After all I had to order another half dozen arrows from her because I had just wasted four. Expensive but worth it! :D

Nice Job Mulie hunter- I did it 2 years ago and that same year dropped a 5x6 pope and young bull!

It's great "karma" and a sign of things to come for you!

The first one is always exciting. Kind of like a certain archery accomplishment. However, after that you realize it is costing a lot of money it loses its glory really quick after the first two times. You realize that you never shoot the same spot twice.

dont know if any of you have ever heard of the ragsdales ( Terry and Michelle) but they are both former WORLD champion archers. they are from tucson and shoot PSE> well, i grew up with their kids ( Dan was about the best athelete i have EVER played ANY sport with, and Jill took after her mom and was Prom queenmore than one year) well anyways, in their 'archery room' there had to have been about 30-40 robin hood arrows.... most of them werent one arrom on top of another, they were an arrom on top of an arrow on top of an arrow on top of an arrow. i mean 3-4-5 robin hoods in one! now if thats not a feat i dont know what is! i have broken my own nocks, but never a robin hood.

You guys want to talk about skill with a bow, check this out. A good friend of mine and I were shooting one day. I was standing right next to him but facing the other way when the sound of metal skipping across the desert floor made me turn around to ask what the heck was that? Right then he raised his left hand and it had an allen wrench sticking out of the top of his thumb! He shook his hand and it went flying out. Apparently he had made adjustments to his bow and then not thinking, stuck the 2 allen wrenches he was using in his mouth. He drew back and released, the string ripped the allen wrenches from his teeth chipping his tooth and sticking 1 through his thumb! Now that's talent!
