JLW Report post Posted February 26, 2013 Cool pics. I wonder what spooked that doe? not sure... camera is pretty quiet..... there was fresh fox sign everywhere but I doubt she would be afraid of a little fox. I took my bow and caller and made 3 stands.... called in a coyote before I hiked to my camera... she wouldn't stop for a shot. zoomed by me at 10 yds. I didn't see her coming cause I was on a flat and she was howling from the bottom bad set up... made another stand by my camera... played lucky bird for ten minutes... it was pretty windy. switched to juvenile red fox distress and had a fox come flying in from about 150yds... shut the caller down and she just stopped for a split second and started circling... 65 yds.. lip squeeked and she wasn't having any of that.. should have left it playin... was fun anyhow. shot gun would have smoked em both. oh well.
