tjhunt2 Report post Posted February 24, 2013 My unit is over 43yrs old and we are the last in the neighborhood to upgrade. I have a 1200sq/ft house and probably looking at a 3 or 3 1/2 ton unit. chico Report post Posted February 25, 2013 I recommend you contact Arizona Cold Air 480-733-0845. They replaced rooftop unit for me and did a great job. They have an ad in AZ Republic newspaper page A-6 Sunday edition. The workmanship and warranty is a good deal. The owner of company came out and looked over what needed to be done, recommended the right unit for the house and job was completed as estimated. Pleased with the work.
