bigorange Report post Posted March 2, 2013 Cool video. Do they have hunts or just trying to reintroduce? TN started hunts about 5 years ago and only issue 6 tags per year for 2 different hunts. I can't remember which counties the hunts are in and how close they are to the Smokies. Not sure about NC which is the other side of the Smokies. Planning our Summer road trip to visit family this year and looks like a trip to the Smokies is in the cards. Not during the rut, but hope to see some elk!
