Coues North and South

Recommended Posts

Killed this 70 in coues buck in AZ on Jan 25 in 34A, and then went south of the border and killed this mid 80 buck in Mexico on Feb 1..

Also posted is the one I missed that will haunt me for ever. Cool antlers.

Crossing the border was easy and quick with the proper paper work and hide and skull processed correctly.

Of the many bucks I saw only two had broken antlers and the chasing just got better while we were there 250 miles SSE of Nogolas. Neat hunt over water hole from a DB blind.

That last buck awesome, and I know that would bother me for a while as well. But that's why we hunt for the chance at a big brusier like that. Congrats on the two you got, still seems like a pretty good year if you ask me.

I can certainly tell by the smile on your face in those pictures you were one very happy hunter. Congratulations and thanks for sharing with all of us. :)

Does your buck from mexico have two white throat patches? Dont see that very often on coues bucks. Congrats on two great bucks and i would probably miss that big boy too. Thanks for posting.
