elkster9 Report post Posted January 23, 2013 Well "Chef" stopped by this evening and cooked some wild duck that I had shot in California over the Christmas Holiday. Pan Seared Breast of Duck with a Jalapeno Honey Glaze Couscous with Toasted Pinenuts, Sundried Cranberries, and Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese Pan Seared Roma Tomatoes with Coarse Sea Salt Delicious!!!
