We see elk regularly in the summer months. Sits on a fully fenced acre. Only asking $139,900. Listed thru Dallas Real Estate, but I thought I would see if any interest on here... Forest Service land is about 1/2 mile down the road to ride atv's etc. from the house. Williams has motorcycle groups or HOG rallys all summer. Mrs125-Yes, it's on Hot Rod Alley.
