Phil Carr Report post Posted January 20, 2013 I have a friend that has an oppertunity to hunt a friends ranch in Mexico and is not going through an Outfitter. He is wanting to import his rifle and and would like to have someone in Nogales assist him doing this. In the past I used a local guy in Nogales that assisted me importing our rifles. Unfortunatly I am unable to reach him. I have imported my rifles threough Nogales and Agua Prieta several times myself and it was not all that complicated, but will not be able to go down to Nogales and assist him.
