Legislature now in session

I like being informed as much as the next guy but don't always get the time I would like to read all of them. It would help me out if there was more than a link. Maybe a heads up as to what was changed or a comment on what the Bill is about would be great.

Apparently, you don't watch this disscussin very often. The information you seek. It takes about 2 minutes to find a new bill of interest and a few more minutes to read it. I'd beglad to help if you have difficulty.

why the change in this wording and adding the date

"Firearm" means any loaded or unloaded handgun, pistol, revolver,

rifle, shotgun or other weapon that will EXPEL or is designed to or may

readily be converted to expel a SOLID projectile OR PROJECTILES by the action

of expanding gases, except that it does not include a firearm in permanently

inoperable condition AN EXPLOSIVE OR A BURNING GAS, THAT WAS MANUFACTURED

AFTER JANUARY 1, 1899 AND THAT IS DESIGNED TO USE FIXED CARTRIDGES. FIREARM

DOES NOT INCLUDE A FIREARM THAT IS INCAPABLE OF BEING FIRED WITHOUT

MECHANICAL REPAIR BY THE USE OF TOOLS OR THE REPLACEMENT OF PARTS.
