punkrcker1344 Report post Posted August 13, 2006 I have scouted both places and havent seen much. In 6b all i saw was elk... I am thinking of going to roosevelt lake to scout and go hunting. Any help would be great and really appreciative.

azryan Report post Posted August 14, 2006 dude dont give up on these areas...it seems like because you havent seen a couple of bucks or even one...then you think it is a bad area...u might be wrong...you just gotta be patient...question?...are you new to hunting?...if you are just remember to practice practice practice with whatever weapon you are using, and your most important tool is your bino...find a place scout it hard...you will be bound to find something...then the rest is up to you... BASS Report post Posted August 15, 2006 Do you have a good pair of binos? I don't know how I hunted for years without any. Now I save a lot of boot leather by just getting up high and glassing.
