Basser15 Report post Posted January 5, 2013 Tried to do some research on where you can archery hunt in the metro unit here in Tucson. Is it necessary to stay a quarter mile from an inhabited building like you would with a firearm? The reason I ask is there are a series of washes in and around my neighborhood west of the I -10 and it appears to hold quite a few pigs. I'm going to call game and fish on Monday to get some details on it but I figured I would start here to ask where you can hunt in and around the neighborhoods. gregaz Report post Posted January 7, 2013 Had this conversation with game and fish last year. It is not necessary to stay 1/4 from residence when archery hunting, but they strongly encourage you to due to safety issues.
