Cellular Trail Cameras - Any Recommendations?

Looking for someone that has actually used some of these Cell phone trail cameras that send pictures. The reviews for most of them are awful.

 

I've read a ton of reviews and they vary quite a bit. For the money these things are pulling I would like to know that they are working for someone and what brands and models are you having success with????

 

I like the idea of moultries gps modem because it's compatible with more than just one camera but seems like AT&T is the only provider it works with?

 

Soooooo do any of you have any first hand knowledge of these cameras?

I haven't used any of the cellular trail cameras personally since I don't tend to get cell service where I want to put a camera, but I do sell the covert brand camera. If you don't like it, you can get a refund. You can check out the camera in the CW store.

I would tend to think these cameras are about worthless until they are compatible with the same network as Verizon uses. T moble, I believe uses the same network as AT&T and is all but useless out in the field.

Amanda I took a good loooooooong hard look at the covert when you had the 10% off going before christmas in the end I just couldn't find enough people that are having success with them to justify the extra cost. If the cell signal does not work, like you said a lot of our hunting spots do NOT have cell service, then basically its a glorified more expensive camera that the cheaper coverts will do exactly the same thing......

 

I guess I just don't wanna be the guinea pig this time. haha
