dcshorthairs Report post Posted December 21, 2012 Trying to re-home a female shorthair we got about 2 weeks ago. Willow is a sweet little girl. She loves kids and other dogs. She has no aggression that we have seen. I have grabbed her food bowl and petted her while she was feeding with no problems. She is very friendly and loves being indoors. This dog is very birdy. We have been taking her out when we train and she wants to point and chase birds with minimal training. She has had a bad go with an e-collar prior to us so that will take some time. She will dig if you dont pay her enough attention, but running her or playing usually fixes that! We got her from a family that could not care for her anymore. She needs a yard to run in but will curl up next to you on the couch too. Call/text 928-587-2127 if you are interested. We dont want to see her end up in a non-hunting household or shelter.
