I've made it several times. Very good. Had to use green curry paste though as I could not find any yellow.

I travel to India once or twice a year for work. Due to that, I have had the opportunity to spend time in Southern India, where the spices/curry's are amazing (spicey!)! Even though not Thailand, the flavors are VERY simlar. I'll usually bring back some fresh masala blends if possible, and I'll have to try this recipe!

Made this last Sunday. I added green beans, broccoli, carrots, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts to the recipe. Turned out pretty good. I had to use green curry paste as well. Couldn't find the yellow stuff. Next time I am going to use 2 cans of coconut milk to make it a little more saucy with the added veggies.
