KaibabHunter Report post Posted January 14, 2013 Nothin yesterday. Today found a 22" 3 pt with 7 does, not really pushin but he wouldn't leave em. Found another group of 6 with no buck. Also a single doe. Wind was all over made a try for the 3 2 times but tough being solo in the flats with a swirlin wind. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
trophyhnter Report post Posted January 14, 2013 I was out last week in 24a and the rut was kickn. Today, saw three different groups of does (15 total) without any bucks! I glass the same areas from the same points and believe these are the same groups of does that had buck with them! It seems as if its a weak rut this year! cflores Report post Posted January 14, 2013 Muley rut appears to be almost over down south. Last week it seemed as it was tapering off. I was able to get this buck. Hopefully the whitetails decide to get freaky !!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
