Does Anyone Use Mule Deer Scents? Results?

I am sorry for asking a question as my first contribution to the site... I have read the articles and enjoyed the site for a while, but I have just never taken the time to sign up. I do have stories and insight I can contribute later but for now I just had a quick question.

 

Has anyone used Mule Deer Scents/ Mule Deer Rut Scents?

 

I have a spot I have set up in the forest area of unit 22 and there is a small pocket of many mule deer, I have seen them around and occasionally get a trail cam pic, but mule deer dont care to much about corn or salt and I was just wondering if anyone has used any scents to attract Mule deer in AZ and if you had any results?

Ive heard that wildlife research's 4x4 mule deer scent works well but ive never tryed it.

Have a friend that used a drag rag covered with "doe in heat" pee, he was still hunting through the desert with his bow. He made a big circle and when he came back to his trail and read the tracks, seems a lion picked up the scent and was following him.
