Redman Report post Posted November 26, 2012 Hey All, I would like to share a positive experience with a hunting company. I had purchased my son a "Timberhawk Gutbuster" Backpack, to be honest I got it at a good price so I bought it for him, the pack itself is nice and has some nice features (that I wish my Eblerlestock had).... He used it for two seasons and the zippers are snagging and do not function. I called today to send it back as they have a lifetime warranty, and the gentleman said they'd be happy to send out a new pack once they receive his back... guy was professional and nice.
