hunting the navojo reservation ?

Has anyone ever hunted the Navajo res? How was it? Did you see a good amount of animals? My girlfriend is Native American so im putting her in next year for deer and elk. She can get deer and elk tags for $45. So why not. I was Just wondering if anyone has ever hunted or spent any time out there. I see alot of pictures of big bucks and bulls off there. Im just thinking the opportunity is there so why not take advantage of it.

I helped a friend on an elk hunt up there. It was fun. That reservation is vast though, so good idea to do some scouting and talking to people to find out some good areas to hunt.
