GotBowAz Report post Posted November 13, 2012 They have OTC elk tags for many of those areas that F&G don't want them in. I doubt a draw will ever be had for those that far south. I've seen many elk by lower clear creek not far from 260 and a few in the sunflower area over the years. By the way, those OTC tags gives you an opportunity to tag a bull in velvet too.
