azhuntnut Report post Posted July 31, 2006 I was out putting up some new cameras and checking some others when I found this nice coues in the bottom of a run off. I don't think it was a lion kill. I am going to try and score it this week and see what I come up with. I was so excited when I saw it, that I slid most of the way down the hill so my buddy behind me wouldn't beat me to it. I also saw a real tall coues when I was setting up one of my cameras. Hopefully he will be on my disk next weekend. David Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

A lion kill would have been my first thought on that one, with the nose all crushed like that, never know though, unless you found an arrow near it or somethin? Great find David! azhuntnut Report post Posted July 31, 2006 I thought the skull was crushed from it being roled down the gullie it was in. Plus, I have never seen any cat sign in this area.
